Vertical Integration: We have developed custom and proprietary machining and finishing capabilities to enable the manufacturing of your products to finished drawing specifications. For example, as a contract manufacturer of Nitinol based products, we offer design for manufacturability services and have the capability to handle laser machining, shape setting, and electropolishing of super elastic and shape-memory Nitinol. Our DSC testing and SEM analysis provide unique capabilities to manufacturer Nitinol products for the medical device industry. Cleanroom assembly and packaging enables us to provide your products manufactured complete. In addition, we have dedicated operations for Stent Manufacturing and Orthopedic Implant Manufacturing. Prototype to Production: Norman Noble’s advanced prototype machining capabilities are provided using dedicated equipment located in our independent Process Development Centers. This enables our prototype machining technologies to be isolated from the production manufacturing areas. Our experienced team of engineers work within our Process Development Centers to develop and validate the most efficient manufacturing processes required to machine your products to exact drawing specifications.
Quality Assurance & Standards: Our quality system is registered to ISO 9001:2008 and IS0 13485:2012. We believe control and inspection are essential to assuring the accuracy in medical device manufacturing. Our Process Validation Department works to meet your manufacturing objectives and provide IQ/OQ, MSV, PQ/PPQ, TMV, DOE, and risk analysis, etc., to fulfill your product needs.
