Norman Noble’s expertise with waterjet cutting is illustrated
by our development of a refinement of the dynamic waterjet
process. Waterjets are used extensively to machine simple
contours as well as more complex parts – as shown in
the drawing at left. Most parts like these require secondary
machining to remove excess metal pieces. Our engineers have
devised a way to remove the gates using the waterjet, thereby
eliminating the need for another machining process.
No
other machine shop puts that kind of effort into
improving acceptable quality. In waterjet cutting
and all other machining processes, Norman Noble,
Inc. sets the standards for precision, economy
and quality.
